Tanks privacy policy
Last updated 1 August 2026.
Tanks does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no game server. You can play the whole game offline.
Data stored on your device
The app saves two things locally on your iPhone: your preferred aiming control and your high score. Neither leaves your device, and both are removed when you delete the app.
Private multiplayer
Co-op rooms run over Apple’s Game Center. Players who enter the same room code are matched by Apple, and gameplay data — movement and firing inputs — travels directly between the players’ devices. We run no game server and receive none of it. Your Game Center identity is provided and handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; the app reads it only while a match is running, to keep players in a consistent order, and never stores or transmits it.
What we do not do
No analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier. No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers. No public chat, profiles or friend graph. The app requests no access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
This website
Visiting these pages leaves a standard web server record — IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time — used only to keep the site available and secure, and retained briefly. This site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
